Hollyman has more than a decade of food journalism experience. She joins Thrillist after running her own international consulting agency specializing in brand strategy in the food, travel, and lifestyle space. She was previously at VICE Media where she was one of the co-founders and Editor-in-Chief of MUNCHIES, the world’s first global millennial food platform and digital media channel. At MUNCHIES, Hollyman managed and oversaw an international digital team of twenty people. As Editor-in-Chief, she was on the leadership team that created MUNCHIES’ brand vision, original content, tone and brand strategy. MUNCHIES went on to win James Beard Awards with Hollyman at its helm. In that role, Hollyman also hosted and co-produced the award-winning MUNCHIES podcast and authored the first MUNCHIES cookbook, “MUNCHIES: Late-Night Meals from the World’s Best Chefs.” Prior to VICE, Hollyman covered the food and beverage industry for a variety of publications including Bon Appétit, Eater, GQ Magazine, Food 52, Saveur Magazine, Refinery29, and Time Out Magazine.
