In this new role, Fields will oversee the brand’s fitness programming and editorial team, shape the fitness content strategy and drive fitness channel audience growth. Fields will be based in the company’s New York City office and report to POPSUGAR Executive Editor, Mandy Harris.

Jennifer Fields brings to POPSUGAR more than 15 years of experience guiding fitness and wellness content development and strategy for leading digital and print outlets. She most recently served as Senior Director of Editorial Development at WebMD where she led content creation across site, magazine and podcast ensuring its inclusive content met journalistic and medical standards. Prior to that, Fields served as Site Director for Good Housekeeping at Hearst Digital Media where she grew website traffic to historic levels and increased its Facebook followers 400%. She has previously held other editorial roles at AOL Health, WW and O, The Oprah Magazine.
