Group Nine Studios Signs With CAA to Represent The Dodo, Seeker and POPSUGAR

LOS ANGELES – (May 21, 2021) – Group Nine Studios, the Academy Award-winning development arm within Group Nine Media, the no. 1 video publisher on mobile in the U.S., announced today that three of its category-leading brands, The Dodo, Seeker and POPSUGAR, have signed with Creative Artists Agency (CAA). CAA will represent The Dodo, Seeker and POPSUGAR as the media brands continue to develop new, premium, original programming across broadcast, cable TV, and streaming platforms.

This series will take a deep dive into the areas of our lives where robots have made an impact, both positively and negatively, and see what the future holds for a collaborative human/robot world, both here on Earth and beyond.

The Dodo:

You’d do anything for your dog, right? I'D DO ANYTHING FOR MY DOG is a larger-than-life physical game-show where dog parents are basically turned INTO their dogs. Contestants will compete for the ultimate prize for their furry best friend through a series of obstacles that their dogs face every day. Along the way, we'll learn why our contestants are so devoted to their dog that they're willing to steal boxers out of the world's tallest laundry basket... Oh, for the love of dog, this show’s gonna get weird. I'D DO ANYTHING FOR MY DOG is a co-production between The Dodo and Haymaker East.

The Dodo is sending horse-obsessed kids who dream of spending their lives helping horses to a wild, magical horse sanctuary, where they’ll train under an experienced rescuer and a team of vets. They'll pair with memorable horses who need lots of help and TLC, and challenge themselves to save their favorite animal — as horse heroes in training. HORSE HEROES IN TRAINING is a co-production between The Dodo and INE Entertainment.
